today's band practice...uhm..ok lah..so tired..................

i hope my members will understand tht,,,
-im nt the only one thy cn depend on..
-we're one section, evryone should help..
-im not a robot, but juz a plain human being tht easily get tired..

ok, am nt saying this cz im angry/dissapointed or wht,, juz wan 'em to undrstand how it feels like to lead a group who needs alot of attention in order to improve...

i hope nxt yr will come soon.. and thy would knw how hard it is.. esp. tht u dun get well along wif ur members... thy will get stressd..sum more sec3 leh! the most diff. of all! bt i dun wan tht to happen...so i wanna mke thm closer tgt...bt thy also discourage me..thn wht cn i do? wht will happen next yr?! T_T im v tired to think of it alr...

-she dun understand me..
-i dun understand her..

-teach me instead..

-teach her lah.. SL leh..

im seriously tired of hearing these words.... Yes im SL, bt pls.. dun force 'em all to me juz bcz im SL.. its v hard for me u knw...and im still lousy... T_T i've done evrything i cn alr ok...nw, i need help..im nt the only one who is thre for y'all..pls.. understand.. T_T

on the brighter side...

-liye is listening to me nw...hehe, i juz need to remind her to do evrything properly...and she must also need to knw tht xiujing is also her senior! nt only me!! so dun depend wholly on me ok!haha, evn though uhm.. i dunno wht's between u and her, must try to interact with her..if nt we're nt one section...

-hui geok is doing well! keep it up! (: ok nth to say much cz xiujing teach her most of the time.. (:

-hwan! haha.. he today nv come bt i knw now hw to get his phone no.! xD u cnnot escape frm me!!

-gina & wenhui,, thy nt wif us most of the time cz thy prcticin oboe outside durin sectionals.., bt i knw thy also improving! keep it up! (:

-xiujing is improving (: must get used to playin the weird part in the asian selection piece..haha! 2nd flute part is always weird..cz its only the supporting melody... well, jiayOu! (:

-hongmeng...he v fast learner..haha,gd,keep it up! (: nth more to say..

and lastly for heimun...doin well in her piccolo :) she's v fast-learner n v good lah...my senior leh..haha.. bt thn she say she v lousy...whre gt lousy?haha..im still the lousy one compared to her... (:

ok thts all..i hope flute section cn keep improving..! as well as the band! :)

seriously v tired frm flute playing i-recommend major scales 1-20, chrmatic 1-3, and appegios 1-3..haha, played for almost 3 hrs. ok! (cn say im hardworking! haha) bt its cz its possible for me to tke test this thurs.. hope there's no many things on,, nxt week..
