sigh..so far, the amaths ss and physics test were over alr.. amaths is sure fail... i din knw itll be tht hard! whn i ans the sample yr papers mrs. low gave us, ws okok lah..bt the test ws reali damn hard! hmm..myb for those who r v good in maths alr, still can take it as an 'ok' lah.. bt for me,, sigh... no doubt tht its reali difficult... i dunno wht nw leh, cz ive been studying hard for tht amaths test and i'll be v disspointd if i'll fail,, probably i will surely be, cz nt reali confident abt it.. ws onli knw how to do in the middle part bt the frst part always knna stuck..sigh..end up nv finish, skip and skip and skip.. anw, ss ws "wth?" the time duration ws too short for us! rmb tht we needa write essay u knw! and thy only gve us 1 hr! bt good thing i manged to finish juz in time bt am reali scared leh, cz my work is v messy,, its cz i use cursive wrting in my structured essay...sigh....

physics test today ws also quite difficult..some ques. dunno hw to do, and worse is, without knwing i skipped 1 page left unanswered! thn i juz realized whn the bell juz rang, and only gt 3mins left.. ws trying to finish bt, no time alr.. bt i hope ill pass my physics! i reali hope..

since today is rest day, spent my hrs. leisurely watching hana kimi! haha.. thy all v funny esp. rui xi and suiyi? hmm i frgt alr, bt the chrcter is played by jiro.. haha, recently this taiwan series hve been v popular in my country, and i finally gt to relate with the stories my friends hve told me..hehe, 4pm, and i hve fin 3 eps. my stomach strts growling.. rmbd my mom told us to mke french fries for snacks cz she going to work by two..

thn i ws like we? cook? haha, thn ok lah, she went off.. i also dun bother lah cz, i hve nv cookd fries before.. hmm only egg and rice? haha, i also knw how to cook noodles.. thts all.. bt most of the time im nt the one whom thy cn alwys count on interms of cooking.. its always my sis..

bt today, ws forced to fry those fries for snacks.. cz im starving, and my sis ws sleeping, cnt reali bother her cz she'll get mad at me.. bt before tht, i went on research frst,, i also gt to ask for advice frm my mom, haha,, cz its my frst time..

the 1st step tht ws on my mind ws to heat the pan with oil covering the entire bottom of the pan, so did it.. i've put the fire to the max so tht it will heat v fast.. haha "im usually impatient at cooking" put the frozen fries to the steel plate.. whn steam ws rising frm the pan alr, i took some sticks of fries and put on the pan..for testing..haha! ws putting my hands reali close to the oil surface so tht the oil wont splash,, bt wht i ws doin ws wrong! its cz evn if i dun shoot the fries to the pan, the oil will still splash bcz the fries is covered with ice(water) ofcourse it will react whn heated with oil! so end up receiving those blasts of oil, thn i ws like OMG! OMG! ws jumping like crazy, haha,, thn i also nv realized tht the fire ws still at its max.. so the frst few sticks ended up burnt!

i put the fire closed aftr tht, and ws reali concentrating for the next batch of fries to be fried.. i put the fire to its minimum, since i dun wan to waste anymore fries.. took the few pieces of fries with the frying paddle/spoon, and smoothly slid the fries onto the oil.. yup, still gt blasts of oil bt little alr.. its cz the fire ws switchd to lil amnt.. i rmbd wht miss hasina told us on sum of our chem lessons.. "water is highly exposive!" haha, so careful wif it.. :) ws reali enjoying myslf tht time,, its reali fun! evn took pictures of it..
